Is it possible to create custom CVARs that aren't IWAD dependent, so that their values are saved regardless of the chosen IWAD? In my HUD mod I have a bunch of CVARs that have no relation to the game and have no reason to be stored per IWAD. What's more, it also uses a JSON preset system, where the user can save their current settings into a named present which is stored in a seprate CVAR. That CVAR also most certainly has no reason to be IWAD-dependent.
