Scripting • KEYCONF is not making binds

I'm trying to make an automatic bind but every command to do this fails. This includes bind, defaultbind, unbind, and unbindall.

I can set a key to "Map CREDITS" in the controls menu with an addmenukey entry and it works. But all my attempts to auto bind have failed. Here is my KEYCONF if it helps...
